C K Galloway writes genre-bending stories about rebellion, transformation, and the cost of freedom. Ten years ago, she left behind her journalism career to indulge in her true love of storytelling. Her first draft was terrible. Then she learned the craft of writing fiction. Flight of the Aura is her thirty-seventh draft (approximately), and it's actually pretty decent. When she's not writing about the distant future and political deities, she lives a quiet life, working at a rural Scottish farm shop, walking her Brittany Spaniel in the countryside, and spending time with her family. She's currently working on the second and final book of the Sayyora duology and already plotting her escape into her next stories.
